great location , but disappointing room quality

The family room offered ample space for my family and a pleasant mountain view which we appreciated every morning. The air conditioning worked efficiently, allowing us to relax comfortably after a day out. I particularly enjoyed the nearby local fresh food market, providing a true taste of the area during our excursion.

We encountered maintenance issues that overshadowed the positive aspects of our stay.

Had such a great time with friends! The suite was spacious and had everything we needed to explore the area. We loved visiting nearby Times Square for shopping and checking out the local cafes. The staff were friendly and provided helpful recommendations for restaurants.

The Charterhouse features a comfortable room with a spacious layout for two people, excellent air conditioning, and a well-arranged bathroom. The hotel is conveniently located a short walk from Times Square for upmarket shopping and is adjacent to a local fresh food market. Excellent cafes are within 50 meters, and the hotel staff provides great service, especially with the remarkable coffee available in the coffee nook.

The room decor appears a bit old-fashioned, which may not appeal to everyone.

The staff helped with free luggage storage before check-in. The bathroom could use modern updates.

Comfortable Stay with Great Dining and Convenient Location

I enjoyed my stay here for 6 nights. The room was clean and spacious, with a wonderfully quiet air conditioning system that made for restful nights. Breakfast offered a fantastic variety, especially the fried noodles, which were delightfully non-greasy. Explore local eateries nearby for a true taste of Hong Kong!

The staff could benefit from better customer service training, as I experienced rudeness and unresponsiveness during my stay. Despite five emails requesting assistance for a simple receipt, I received no follow-up. The room, although small, was adequately clean, and I appreciated the availability of homemade organic products, which were a pleasant surprise. the overall impression left by the management and staff overshadowed any positives.

The Superior Twin Room was comfy and had all the essentials, like a hairdryer and tea/coffee setup. The bathroom was clean with a decent shower. Plus, it was serviced daily, which was nice. No spectacular views, but the room layout was functional for travel. Location wise, close to Times Square and transport options made everything super convenient.
